1. General Features of the Project.

1.1       Area under Project        2 Kanals.

1.2       Location                      15 Kilometers from Zero point

                                                3 Kilometers from Shahzad Town,

                                                Park Road, Islamabad.

1.3              Land surrounding features:

North – Scenic view of Margalla Hills 

South – Metalled Kuri Road at the front large track of CDA’s land available which can be utilized for children park and play ground, for school children and surrounding population.

East -  20 ft wide street between Gumrah Kas and campus     building.    It can be utilized for water sports games and other recreational activities.

West - Built up private property.

1.6      Water Supply. Independent bore with water supply distribution extended vin the Campus area. 

2. Built-up Space: Two stories, the Ground floor has (a) Education Section (b) Mosque (c) Rehabilitation and Health Care Centre while the semi-built first floor is meant for the utilization of Mosque. Incomplete construction awaits resources for the first floor.
