What Do We Do?
A key element of TI,s Project management philosophy is a strong, experienced project management steered by Project Manager who has full responsibility, accountability, and authority for all aspects of a project providing full monitoring and control of all project activities through computer-aided scheduling, planning, and cost control systems such as PRIMAVERA.
As a systems integrator, TI and Associates has extensive experience in subcontract management. We intend sharing some subcontract portions of project requirements including major subsystems and hardware or software development. Our capabilities in successfully managing these subcontracts are enhanced by forming long-term partnerships with our key suppliers:
