The Trust shall be governed and managed by a Board of Trustees. The Board shall comprise of eleven (11) trustees including chairman as minimum & fifteen (15) members maximum.

It is hereby expressly declared that that no person shall continue to act as a Trustee or Chairman of the Trust who has renounced Islam or has negated the Aim and objectives of the trust. A trustee who violates discipline of the Trust or stops taking active interest in Trust activities will cease to be the Trustee forthwith. The Chairman shall be appointed from among the Trustees by a vote of 75% Majority; however the first Chairman shall be founder and life time Chairman of the Trust. It was unanimously resolved , during the first meeting of the AQWT-Trust that the assets of the Trust shall not neither transferred nor sold. 

Resolution: A special meeting was convened to consider the reported complaint against Trustee Mr Saeed Ahmad   for no rendered the Accounts of theTrust funds. The participants were informed that Mr Saeed Ahmad was Trust identified during eight meeting in completing the fencing (ist Floor) .It was further added that seening very slow progress despite months pursuance; Mr Saeed never cared to  supply Accounts and satisfied  the Trust on the legitimate spending .But he continued avoidance was  contributing adversely the creditability of the Trust .It was observed that Mr Saeed’s absence in the meeting, who was called to  clear  his position, speaks  for itself. The participants deliberated the issue in view of the evidences and his failure to account for the Money drawn by him for Lake view task;it was unanimously resolved that he shall ceased to be the Trustees shall swear the relations with Mr Saeed Ahmad and also decided to host resolution at the web - link.
